Squeek from right hand side of car...

I've had this squeek from the right hand side of my car ever since I got my 19" Eleanors, can't tell if it is the front or rear. The squeeking sound seems to ease when I put my foot on the brake. When crusing on the highway, the sound is not audible due to driving at a faster speed, however down at 60km'h through town you can definetely hear it.

Any ideas?
