    Default VT Air con hassles.

    Hello
I have a VT V6 s-pak 5 speed manual commodore sedan. My problem is when i use my aircon. Its manual dials not climate control, when it is set to the face setting it blows out the front vents ok but as soon as i turn it to the coldest setting (recirculating) it blows out through the demist vents. this is becoming annoying as i like to have my car aircon as cold as possible when in summer. I have checked the one-way valve in my engine bay near the firewall and thats ok. It makes no difference whether im driving the car or in idle it still happens. I have had my dash apart numerous times but cant seem to find any hoses that are pinched or come off. Hoping that someone here could help me out. A vacuum hose diagram for the aircon under the dash would be a really big help
    Thank you

Could be a vacuum leak. check the hoses coming out the back of the plenum. for crack or kinks.
