vx ss alternator

so my alternator wasnt running so good, and upon further inspection it was full of crap from powersteering fluid and dust etc. So after taking it out and undoing the four screws to give it a proper cleanout I have noticed that now the brushes have sprung out and I cant get it back together.. anyone know of an easy way to do this??

got it solved, on the back of the alternator there is a little hole and if you use a small allen key to poke through there while using another to push the contacts in it locks them back and it goes together easy.....
