A girl who needs help I think I have an ingition barrel problem on my 97 VT. Friday I went to use my car & the key got stuck when I tried to start the car. I manage to free the key and then when I tried to start the car the ignition just turned right around and nothing happened. Now the key keeps getting stuck and the car won't start. The car has been left at my daughters school and my brother and I tried to get it going today with no luck. When you turned the key accessories came on but the car wouldn't turn over, now when I turn the key accessories doesn't come on at all, but I do have headlights and interior lights and also the steering feels kinda tight. I'm guessing my ignition barrel is knackered completely now? Advice plz & also what is usually the cost of getting something like this fixed. Because I'm femaled I don't want to get ripped off, so a ball park figure of an ok price would be good and an ball park figure of a rip off price would be good too lol. Thanks people.
