srs light on after taking drivers seat out

hey ,my srs light is coming on and beeping after removing driver seat to fit power windows,how do i get rid of the light and buzzer????????????????????cheers adrian

did you reconect the air bag plugs on the seat ? if so try and disconect the batt and see if that helps.

You need to get it reset with a Tech 2 or other compatible scan tool, there is no other simple way of doing it. You should have disconnected the battery before disconnecting the connector for the seatbelt pretensioners or anything associated with SRS system
