can someone help me pls my 99vt

my 99 vt has a short in the main f/l can anyone tell me what that fuse runs

That's the main fuse. I've heard of an earthing problem with ABS / Traction Control module causing this fault.

thank you but where is the abs traction control module located and can i just buy a new one

You can but it's not always the module usually the wiring involved with the module. The ABS/TC module is above your driver's side wheel arch in the engine back with about 6 metal brake lines all bolted into it. It's MUCH easier to check and test the wiring than wasting money on a new unit you probably don't need.
