how to fit the knob

what will i have to do to make this fit in my vt ss commodore 6spd

well the knob it self will fit, i have the same but a 5 speed in my vx.

cool thats all that matters, i have a motor trimmer that going to make me a custom boot anyways so that works out great, Althou what is just the knob worth ?

well i got a brand new one black tho from ebay $5 lol but i think the silver is like $60/$70 i think

you chop the cable tie off that holds the gear knob to the boot and cable tie to your boot and then put the gear knob on the stick easy

there is a plastic sleeve that slides over the gear stick. so when trying to remove your old gear knob do not try and twist it off because you will brake it. If you do twist it. the gear knob will just twist/move around when you change gears. I no because i didnt this

so yeah just pull upwards and try not to have your head in the way... i had a near miss o.O hahaha

ebay my friend. but mine is shiny black not silver. I think the silver would just wear off over time.
