Default How severly does wheel alignment...

affect fuel economy?? My car's front wheels are pointing slightly to the left, so i counter a few degrees when driving. cant seem to 'feel' any difference in handling and the car does stil turn equally left and right. should i get the alignment done again?

is it pulling to the left or is just your steering wheel isnt aligned properly?

The least of your worries is fuel economy! If your wheel alignment is out you'll scrub your tyres out. Have you had all your front end bushes replaced? If not and the car has done a lot of k's then no amount of wheel alignment is going to stop tyres scrubbing out. If it needs it, then replace all front end bushes and then get a wheel alignment. That's what I had to do anyway.
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'

Your steering wheel needs to be centered.

Toe and camber will kill tyres, not the steering being off centre.

Your camber is pretty good man, you dont really need that much total toe, it would be more suited to have 1mm total toe (0.5 each side). 2mm would be more helpful if the cambers were 1.00 degree over, giving a little bit longer tyre life

Those before and after figures would make ####all difference to fuel economy as well.

exactly, if there was a difference, it would be a little worser with the after figures. 0mm total toe would be the best for fuel economy, but not good for the camber wear on the tyres.

i think thats normal, for some reason i dont know, sometimes it goes from 0.59 degrees and skips to 1.00 degree, and the toe has been adjusted on the right side so the change is nothing really

Had my wheels aligned and balanced yesterday.
Had quite a bad wobble while driving over 60kms,And was going through alot more fuel than usual.
Its almost like driving a new car now.
Will hopefully notice the fuel consumption during the week.
