If it is a groaning type of noise then check your power steering fluid.
MY RIDE
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
is it groaning, or does it sound like brake pads are worn even though they arnt?
its nt brakes replaced those nt long ago
maybe but its only noisey on whn im turning hard right i cant find any thing stuck in the caliper either
"Weird noise" could be anything, we need a better description of the noise. Scraping, grinding, groaning, squeaking, ticking etc.

Scraping/hissing type noise was wondering if it could be my powersteering. The fluids fine and it works all gd

Possibly track rod end's or some other bushes, any play on the wheel?
Just as a thought, what size rims you running.
I had this problem however mine was due to leaking power stearing fluid but as im running 20" on hard turns the wheels rub on the platic engin bay gard stuff.
no play in wheel ive got 18inch hsv wheels on
