How much are my rims worth?

Hey

I have a set of genuine 17" VT Hsv rims on my commodore and I am going to sell them but I'm not sure how much they are worth, I have a mates dad who wants them. What's a fair price? I put rubber on them about 2-3 months ago and I don't do burnouts or anything stupid so they have lots of tread still on them. The rims are in good condition, only a tiny bit of flaking on the very edge of one and one of the centre caps is now chrome (not sure how it happened).

i wouldnt pay $100 for them.. but someone might love these rims and wanna pay how ever much you advertise them for... but that someone might not come along for awhile

genuine VT HSV rims - with good tread can probs get $500 i'd have thought for them. unique

i had a set for ages sold em for 100bucks,, didn care just needed em outta my garage an they were in imac new condition

i used to work at a wreckers and $800 would be cheap for genuine HSV set of rims, but they would sit around for ages until someone wanted them then they would always bargain and get them cheaper anyway. usualy only worth what the tyres are or else not many people would bother changing the rims unless they really want that style....then they would pay big money.
