plug near Brake Booster

do anybody know what the plug near the Brake booster is for, could it be for Fog Lights?

fog light plugs should be where the foglights would actually be, taped up... and the other end is taped up under the light switch... if that helps..

it for the throttle relaxer on the gen 3's. V6's dont ahve them which is why its left like that
