Seat Replacement

I have a VX Lumina and the drivers seat needs replacing, it has the airbag in the seat will a vy seat (with airbag in seat) fit?????

Yep, should be fine.
May have to look at splicing wires or something, not sure if it's a direct swap, but should be with minor adjustments if it's not direct.

If you take the plastic mouldings off on the door side (the ones covering the seat rail and bolts) you should be able to see the wiring connectors. In a VT the connectors are clipped to the side of the seat rail, should be the same on other models maybe. If so, then you can then check the plugs and make sure the VY seat has the same fittings.

Probably best to get a VX Lumina seat if you can so your trim all matches..
