guys i just removed the plenum cover to clean the shit but i would like to ask if i removed the manifold 6 bolts can i remove the plenum chamber without taking off the fuel rail and injectors????

yeh u can take that part off without taking the fuel rail/injectors off but its a bit fiddley, u have to get a small rachet and undo all the bolts holding the fuel rail to the underside of the manafold,the bolts hold the rail on from underneath, there not the normal bolt head there like a star shape sorta but i got them off with a normal socket. its hard to explain but it can be somewhat easly done coz i did it.
sorry im not to good at explaning stuff to well but just to let u know it can be done..hope that helps.
i think it would be more hassle tying to get the fuel rail off the manifold than just trying to realign the injectors again? .. im guessing you've got a v6 like me..

Yes really so I've just googled it and now I know, hubby had ours chrome plated using a plastic chrome process but not sure why as it runs no better.
