self levelling

hi guys,
i have an issue with my self levelling in my wh statesman, when i switch off the car the self levelling will lift the car, and will cut in and out when ever it wants ...ive had to take the relay out , because it flattened my battery... any ideas,

The only thing that I can think of that it might be is the relay might be stuck on, try changing the relay.
