Take a tip from big-ass loudspeakers like used in cinemas. Put a (removable) exponential horn on the end of the pipe. The larger the horn the lower the frequency it will propagate. Horn circumference = sound wavelength or something like that.

mate i got a similar system. I assume V6? don't straight through pipe the centre, get a middle hotdog in there. Also if you dump it at the rear wheel (past where yoru cabin finishes) and face it down it will give it a deeper note due to less pipe travel and also reverbarates off the ground for volume.
Sounds deep when driving low range, the higher in revs and louder you get, the more raspry sounding it will go. Can't help that on a six.

however if you have an 8, ignore what i've said as they dont really gain too much raspe.

If you wanna video of it idle than pm me mate

(also like to agree that xforce is ass, just any 2.5 inch or 3 inch piping will do mate

    Its a V6.

First of all yor telling me not to remove the centre resonator. But why, I thought removing the resonators gives an increase in sound ????

And what will a middle hotdog do anyway?????

    aren't 4 into 1 extractors for V8s?

and when you say money is no factor does that include engine transplant?

Where are you going to get one and a half 4-1 extractors from.

That system will be very loud, and sound very bad.

Your car will be very slow.

    - Pacemaker Extractors
    - Hi Flow cat
    - 2.5" Lukey with rear hotdog res.

This gives u the garble, the loud growl and noise + performance and fuel economy for around a grand

    What a retarded thread.

Just take the exhaust from the extractors back off. Also, 4-1 headers on a V6?

I've got a very basic exhaust system on my VS but it sounds awesome! I dunno what the regs are like in Oz, but I've cut the cat out completely, straight system from the down pipe through to a back box Got a great tone to it and everything

Basically, yes, but there are two types of that one type.....

All V6's have 3-1's, but some are tuned, some aren't.

To answer the original question, to get the loudest and deepest exhaust sound you will need the largest possible exhaust size. Extractors, 3" high flow cat and 3" system. Remove the front muffler only and keep the rear resonator.

This will be loud and deep but will have the performance of a Barina.

Extractors, standard cat and a 2 1/2" system with front hotdog and rear resonator will be loud and deep with very little drone.
