The new LEDs could be buzzing a little or have a bad contact and jumping across the contacts maybe.

how were the LEDs put in? were they just the cheap way (plug and play) type? or did u make ur own circuits? Did u use resistors? ive never heard LEDs buzz but discribe the noise if ya can?

LED's are diodes and the warning lights are activated by cbus it can cause all sorts of warning light problems

like i said it's fine for illumination

as long as the warning lights wen activated produce 12V reguardless theres no reason 4 them 2 cause problems. well i havent had any problems wen customers have asked 4 them 2 b changed.

    ^^^^

    handy tip and basic electronics

if you expose an LED to light it will produce 1.2 volts , so feeding an input to an output is never a good thing

interesting... wat sorter light we talking here? artificial or natural? or both. If thats true that means u can power an LED with out a resistor as most LEDs produce a max of 3.3V

any light, the brighter it is the closer you'll get to the 1.2 v so maybe 3 in series will light 1 led but i'm not sure on the milliamps they produce, you may need more

IIRC the red clear LED produce the most volts

google reversed led's or similar if you're interested
