Vu ss low rev

My vu ss when sometime driving has low revs when u slow down and almost and sometimes stalls. Feels like it has higher revs then usual when driving but when u break and slow down the revs are well below 800 and the lights dim and almost stalls can anyone help me out with this?

If it's auto, and stock, then the neutral idle should sit at around 650-700. My old mans statesman is like that but it never feels like stalling.
It might need a good service? Apart from that I can't help you man, good luck.

Possibly a faulty throttle position sensor or a sticky IAC valve?
