Replace plastic "unlock" clip back middle seat??

Hey guys, searched the whole web and can not find this anywhere
You no your back middle seat how it retracts and when you push in
The button you can see the red "unlock" I'm wondering if I can replace
The top bit of the plastic because mine is pretty much destroyed I've
Pick up another middle seat and that ones perfect just wanna no if I
Can swap them over, thanks

do you mean just the push button?
or the surrounding piece with the red on it?

i presume the surround is glued in place, and can't help with that,
but the button is quite easy to remove.

once you pull the seat down, give the button another push, you'll feel it click down a notch, looking throught the hole where it locks in place, you'll see the wire rod holding it in place.

use a flat head screw driver to hold the plastic mechanism down, and another to lever the wire rod in the direction the push button will travel out thru thhe top of the seat.

it should pop out of the clip.

to refit, just push the new button in until it clips itself back into the plastic retainer.
