vt driver seat collapse

Hi guys my seat has just collapsed underneath its the webbing that supports your ase and i cant get a second hand seat or anything second hand for that matter the rubber has broken in half not the actual hesian webbing itself ....holden want $260 for the seat frame alone but does that include the part i need? Wreckers want $160 for a second hand seat ... but most wreckers dont have one in stock grrrrrrr what do i do ?????
