My vt commodore issues

ok just a quick question.. Dont really know were it is coming from.. only happens til the car warms up too..
But it feels like a grinding .. noise coming from the engine/gearbox/rear of car

Now i do need a new exhaust manifold and possibly need to replace the rocket covers.. but had a look at everything lastnight and it was all okay.

Interesting thing is i have no errors.. and the car 99 percent of the time drives fine.. its just very very annoying

well its very rare when it happens.. but all of first gear like something is caught??

one of my old VL's had a bad grinding noise that turned out to be the starter motor randomly engaging... just a thought as i have no idea what sorta sound yours is lol
