Another reverse parking sensor thread.

I Traded in my Toyota lexcen yesterday on a VY commodore acclaim and I just need a few tips on the reverse sensor.

Did the acclaim come out with a factory one optioned or standard?

How do I get it working? Is it in the mode button? And how do I know if one is fitted? It has every other option..

Got it for 6 grand, bargain I think..

Look on the rear bumber you will see dot things, they are the sensors if your car has them then yes it will have parking sensors

First things first - Welcome.

Secondly, this is the VT-VX section, so if you have any more specific VY questions, best go to the VY section.

The VY didnt come with sensors from standard. You will be able to tell if they're fitted by looking for the sensors themselves in the rear bar.
