VX rattly fron inner door

I took a look in the faults section for our VX Accliam and can't see this, how hard is it to remove the front left side inner door trim like are they screwed on our just cliped. Ours had a slight rattle once in a while when we purchaed it 16 months ago and now it has the rattle all the time. I'd say something has come loss inside but I need to know if we can insoect ourselves or is special tool required. I'm the main driver and hubby would rest his leg against the inner trim which stops the noise but now that he works 14 days on at a time theres no one to hold pressure against it and I want it fixed.

if you are talking about the door trim....check around the both ends of the door and under the bottom for screws,about 8....behind the inner door opener there is a plug ,flick out to expose screw ....flick out the red cover on the door lock knob at top ...lift of the knob and expose another screw ...then lift bottom away from door ,then work door trim up and away...replacing is a bit tricky as you have to line up the center door trim retainer (slips into a metal bracket..) when in place just screw it all back together

sorry forgot to add if you have manual winder ,you have to remove the clip that holds winder on...does need a proper door handle remover but they are not hard to make...when you replace it ,make sure you glass is right up and replace the handle so it points horizontal to the ground

also don't forget when you take out the door handle there will be a screw inside that little hole too
