So, i bought myself a VX Fuel Pump from eBay in turn to replace my pump as it wasnt even priming..

Have gone thru dropping the entire tank and getting to the original Sender Unit, but i have no idea for the life of me how you can just remove the stock fuel pump out of the Unit when it looks to be secured by Plastic and nothing that i can see is removeable?

Has anybody ever gone from Stock to Aftermarket before? Ive only seen 1 thread where somebody mentioned to get a DELPHI Sender Unit with pump, but cant really find much info on just a 'Fuel Pump Swap'

Currently, pretty stuck as what to do.. may just have to knock out the original pump is all i can think of.. But if theres a proper way would love to know as search/google hasnt been much use at all if anything has given more wrong info then right.
