biggest tyre on an 8" rim

i have a vx berlina, lowered with ultra lows, whats the biggest tyre i can fit on a 8" rim and will fit without scrubbing, is a 255 posible? thanks.

235 at max man, usually an 8in rim will have 225's on it

regardless of the rim size, will a 255,35,19 fit in the arches?

yeah should do, i use to have 245/35/19's on my wh and never had a scubbing issue (super lows all round) all depends on the offset of the rim too

i have 245-35-19 on mine 255 may scrub on front spring not much room there cannot get finger between spring and tyre with 245s
