grinding noise
Hi guys,
I got a vt exec and its started to make a type of grinding noise. When i accelerate, a bit before the gear change it make a grindingish sound. Also when i put my fully down and it changed at high revs it makes a type of clunking noise. I thought it could be the transmission but it sometimes makes the noise at idle? So i thought of the bearings in the the different pulleys at the front of the engine but im not sure...Anyone had this or know what it might be?

i had a noise at idle, and it was my engine mounts so i duno mate give them a check

Check the engine mounts and trans mount.
why would that cause grinding/clunking noises?
