Are you referring to the wheel studs as they look slightly bent. If so then yes it can be the reason why it shakes.
If it's not a Symptom its not relevant, and if its not relevant I don't care!

You need to take off the rotor and hammer out the broken stud and replace with a new one. You won't be able hammer in a new stud but it should go in when you tighten the wheel nut.It is not very difficult at all. Get new studs at Holden or most auto accessory places, like Repco.

You will need to remove the calliper to get the rotor off, so all you need is a spanner to fit the 2 bolts that hold it on ( don't knot what size off hand) and a hammer. That's about it.

The car is not dangerous to drive at present provided you have all four remaining wheel nuts done up properly, and you don't do anything stupid while driving, but that broken stud does need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
You don't seem to be very experienced and you will be working with the car's brakes to do this job. Before you touch anything, do you know how to remove and replace brake calipers and pads properly? Whereabouts in Sydney are you (which suburb?)

No, there shouldn't be any need to replace all of them. They are high tensile steel and made to take a lot of stress. They only need replacing if they are broken or bent, or the threads are damaged. I live a bit far away for you - about 60km away - I thought you might have been a bit closer. I will send you a private message.
