Sorry to post another one of these up but im useless at the search engine and have looked on google with still no avail.
I have a VU ute 2000 model with manual transmission now I was wondering how much mucking around/parts needed if i was to drop a s/c6 in from an auto vt.
I have read that there may be a flywheel difference but CRS make an off the shelf unit?
I assume something in the ECU will be different aswell?

Physically, is basically a straight swap. However, you'll need a new tune to suit the manual box with an L67. Also don't run the standard getrag dual mass flywheel or you'll destroy it in no time. In my opinion you should convert this to a single mass flywheel. There's a few brands on the market who make them. I've got the exedy version in mine.
