2inch water & oil gauges

Hi guys,
Im wondering if anyone has hooked up a set of electric aftermarket 2 inch gauges to a gen3 motor. I know I can get a pillar pod to suit the VX but unsure as to weather I can fit these aftermarket gauges to the motor as Im pretty sure both temp & oil run through the ecu or bcm. If anyone has done this could you let me know what I need & lol where to put it .

dunno about water temp but im about to install oil temp and pressure gauges in my vy ss and have ordered one of these off ebay which allows you to install the sensors

The standard LS1 sump already has a plate on it which can be easily tapped to suit an oil pressure sender.

hey nem, have you got the sender remotely located for that oil pressure gauge? i had to turn that fitting upside down and remove engine mounts jack engine up just to get the sender to fit in. VERY CLOSE to k frame

I don't have an oil pressure sensor there. I'm using that feed for my turbo.
