i have a 98 vt commodore s pack and after it rains i have a puddle of water 3inches deep on the back floor behind the drivers seat. I checked all the seals on both back doors and they seem to be the same... Any ideas as to where it could be coming from???? Or what to check... Everywhere else is dry.
I'd try drying it all out a bit, then sitting inside and get some one to squirt the hose all around that area. See if you can see it coming in/or afterwards have a look at where the water has got in. Are your drain holes clear?
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'
It will be your door seals for sure; my SS did the same thing in the front passenger side, turned out the seals were ok, but the door had dropped causing it not to seal around the top of the door.
Are your doors difficult to open, could they have dropped a little causing it not to seal?.. I reckon this will be the cause of your problem!
