Can a 6 speed auto be made to suite a VT

Pretty sure that mechanically it would bolt up and work I don't know how you would go in the way of the ECU though.

how does the 6 speed auto work in older chassis... such as ls2 vz's?

you can get wrecker VE boxes for not much...
