Needless to say VXII would be the best as it's the newest/less problems. Better rear end set up (handling/camber) and the LS1's ( I assume you want an SS?) had a better manifold and were less suspectable to piston slap.

i've done quite a lot of electrical mods to my vx s1 and the BCM is marked vt s2 so unless someone corrects me, memcals can't be changed in vx s2

though my vx exec was custom ordered and not off the line

The rear camber wear seems to be a bit dependant on the individual car, how well it was built, how far it is lowered and how it is driven, my VX SS series one did close to 40,000km on the original tyres before the inner camber wear started to show and they were never rotated, and I had a company VT executive at one stage and I can't recall that having had any major issues. The series 2 rear end probably helps yet you still hear of VXII and VY still having wear issues.
