Vt just replaced power steering noise

hey ive just replaced my old power steering pump and rack with new, ive toped the level back up but the power steering pump is still whalling ive had it in the air turning the wheels trying to blead it and all lines are on and correct any help thanks

got the lid off the res? i usually find running it with the lid off for a while will help as the oil froths up quite a bit sometimes.
