20" wheels on VX SS

just curious as to whether or not these wheels will fit on a VX commodore. They are 20x8.5 inch rims with an offset of 45.

To stay in the qld transport guidelines for it to stay legal i will be running a tyre 245/30/20.

Any help would be greatly appreciated the car they will be going on is a VX SS with FE2 Suspension.

there factory 48p offset so the 45p wheels will fit fine (stock holden steelies are 43p)

Come on mate 20'' you'd have to be joking well that is unless you only drive it on the freway and have the suspension set at the standard height otherwise the ride must be bone jarring rough.

i have 20's and am lower than DM (for now anyway,,,your bags are gonna be sick, but thats to low for me man ) and my ride is perfect,,, even on south australian roads :P

I got standard FE2 suspension and with the 20 it rides real smooth neddy. Just have to watch out for potholes on the peak downs highway thats all neddy.
