Is this an L67? Why do you call it a 10psi vt? Just because you've fitted a "10psi pulley" or were you actually seeing a 10psi gauge reading prior to the different tune? That tune shouldn't change this. Are you still using the boost control solenoid?

What boost did it originally show? Delete the boost solenoid for a start as they are notorious for playing up. The XU6 chip shouldnt change the boost at all so thats a strange one...

You can take the boost/vacuum reading either off the boost tree on the passenger side of the blower or off the fitting already in the lower inlet manifold at the front of it. Standard it has a small black rubber cap over it to seal it. Boost control solenoid is located on the back of the passenger side cylinder head. These often fail and stop you seeing full boost.
