    Default Rattling cat/exhaust

    Okay. Finally got my twin cat setup on. Took a while though ha. Anyway. Now when i accelerate one or both cats rattle. Idle is fine though. Any ideas as to why its doing it and how to fix it?

    The Ceramic catalyst becomes loose, I had this problem when I bought new magnaflows turns out they were a defective batch

    Make sure the next cats you get are metal substrate insides not ceramic.

    Make sure it is actually the cats that are rattling internally and the exhaust isn't touching the body anywhere. Make sure the brackets are all good. Make sure every join on the system is tight.
