Tried that Accent

Wouldnt come out but how hard do you pull the wires,i didnt want to pull the wires too hard

First make sure you have the right wires, there are 2 wires, wriggle the wires and see if the parker globe is moving, if so, the globe should pull out without any effort.

Did that as well saw the globe move

What if i pull the black connector the wires are going into with some pliers

shouldnt need pliers, they should just come out with some moderate hand force.
