VT sedan no dash lights.

the other day I replaced my daughters indicator arm and then she tells me no dash lights, I found 1 blown fuse replaced still no dash or center console lights, I checked all lights there ok seems as if there is no power getting there to the dash, I couldn't find it, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Sounds like your illumination wire is shorting out somewhere. Has she got an aftermarket headunit and/or have you had to do any wiring recently?

the car did belong to my son originally he had a heap of wires going to the boot for the amp speakers and so on, then there were some small lights he put on the front, they were not hooked up at all, I think they had issues, he could have done some thing with out knowing, I might just get a sparky to look at it, I will post the problem when found. thanks for your help.
