How do i remove whole dash?

Hey guys. How do i remove all the dash. Like where the dash matt goes, top of dash cluster etc. I need to spray them a different colour. Oh and without setting off passenger air bag. I need to spray the whole dark gray bit in the front like i have my doors

Hacksaw, angle grinder, crowbar, etc always helps as well as a screwdriver.
