When I wind my drivers side window up it doesn't close all the way. It gets about 10mm from closing then the winder just keeps spinning. It's not the actual winder as I already tried replacing that. Sounds like the teeth are worn inside the door. Is this easy to fix?
Bbbuuummmppp!!!
best to pull the trim off and have alook at actually whats going on, but yeh by the sounds of it you need a new regulator which for a manual winder isnt expensive and to replace remove trim, drill out rivets. remove the reg, its a good idea to tape the glass in place while u remove the reg to keep it in place.
was gonna say there r adjusting points on the regulators but if its spinning wen u get 2 the top id say ur regs no good and needs replacing.
