Hi

I was wondering if somebody could recommend a good/fairly priced mechanic south of Adelaide who has specifically replaced VT rear main oil seals.

While I could go to my local Holden dealer, I think they would rip me off big time. So I am looking for a forum member who has had a pleasant experience from a mechanic who performed this very thing.

Further, I know this is common in VT's but if replaced, will the part be a better than manufacturer seal,, ie did they make new part that reduced the problem?
My car has done 244,000 kms so I am probably lucky to get this far but I would hate to have to do it again in another 80,000
