1999 VT help needed

It's a white 99 VT. Stock as they come. Was wondering if anyone could recommend what I should do first to make her an impressive car? Speakers, wheels etc...

depends on money .. start off with a set of nice 18' inch wheels $1400 for an alright package

, king low springs $250 or superlows with a camber kit .like $800 +
give it a good scrub with some armor all soap and a nice cut and polish
get a 2.5 catback exhaust $150 - $200 plus post .. cheaper one is louder but has one less muffler its a straight pipe . i have the redback plus resonator / muffler $195 quiet when cruising
loud when u put your foot down but not too excessive

you can look at mine for the height on king low springs with stock shocks and with 18's ..

get on top of oil leaks do good service change oil and the filters .. put a k&n pannel filter in they cost like 100ish
