Hey guys,
I know questions like this get posted up every other day, but I hope you'll accommodate me cause I have a few questions.
I'm looking at replacing the exhaust in my VT with perhaps a 2.5inch catback, it's a 6, I'd like a deep sound and louder than the stock system- but no so loud it's gonna be illegal.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Mike.

go extractors, hi flow cat and a single 2.5 inch catback and be done with it,

the first one has only one muffler and is louder
second has has 2 mufflers and is noticable more when you put your foot down
both under $200 very popular and an easy install in your drive way .
i have the second one .. its not too loud . i like it .

If you dont want somthing too loud then get a 2.5" catback with a rear resinator.... i rekon the resinator gives it a much better note, but it wont compare to a full 2.5" system with extractors
here is one off ebay with a rear resinator:

After seeing the video, that's definitely what I am thinking.

I recomend getting a high flow pannel filter with it, takes away a fair bit of that annoying drone and there only around 100 bucks
resonators make it more quiet, but make it deeper too. reduces the gay drone.
extractors will make the note deeper as well as give you more grunt, and the hi flow increases the note as well
I can supply extractors, high flow cat and a 2 1/2" cat back with resonator for $850 shipped.
The system on it's own is $260 shipped. It is a Manta. I can do the cheaper Supercat system for $225 shipped, but is doesn't sound as good.
