Plus one to that, fuel might have gone bad after all these months. That or older cars used to get a lot of condensation build up in the tank itself, though plastic is an insulator, so it's less of a problem these days- but still possible. Best bet would be the fuel has gone bad.

So far as I know there are 2, and they are located on the exhaust manifold. Can't miss them, they're the only wires to the exhaust system.

Do you have a VT1 (Holden Engine) or VT2 (Gen III/LS1 Engine) ??? If you have a VT1 you can check to see if you have any error codes logged (check FAQs) which may give you a clue what's going wrong.

When you say "nah done the fuel!!!!!!!!", what do you mean? Did you drain the old stuff and fill up with fresh fuel or what? Pour some methylated spirits into the tank, it will absorb any water that's in the fuel.

About 250mls or a cup full of metho to quarter a tank of fuel. That will allow any moisture in the tank to mix with the fuel, which then allows the water to go through to the engine with the fuel where it then gets burned off in the combustion process.I put a cup of metho in my tank once a month to disperse any moisture,Ive done this for years now..

Few differant sortss of inlet manifold gasket are available. Usually you can only get the gasket you are after in a Valve Regrind Kit or engine rebuilt kit, If you look in the yellow pages and source a Local Engine Reconditioner they shouls be able to provide various options for your gasket requirements.
For the record OEM standard inlet gaskets on 3.8ltr and 5.7ltr are a plastic/alloy/rubber composite.......Performance application usually find an alloy gasket assembly being used.......However OEM l67 3.8ltr supercharged engines still use the same inlet manifold gasket as a standard 3.8ltr ecotec engine.

hmm whats wrong with this quote? Have you worked on all four of those cars previously??
Take it to a mechanic get it checked out then fix it yourself.
