level 2 cluster conversion fail. please help.

Did the conversion no worries but the lights in my cluster are really really dull with hardly any light
Coming through and some parts don't even light up.
The dimmer isn't on. So I put all the globes from my pjs cluster into
The new one and filled up all the holes. Still didn't make a difference.

Any ideas??

hey mate it happened to me when i did replace my single window to a triple one. what happen is the that the cluster gets alot of vibrations while installing so i did have 2 or 3 blown out. did get them form holden cost each 15$.
