VX Axle attaching to Diff

Hi,
I've just changed the Diff in my VX SS. Went o.k. except for the left hand axle. I can't get it to line up correctly. I must have taken it off ten times and put it back. It just doesn't quite line up right so that at 100kms it vibrates.

When I put it in gear and run it while on the jack stands you can see that it rotates about half a millimetre out.

Don't know if I just fluked getting the other side right. Anybody got any clues or tips?

You might have damaged the CV joint housing when you put it back in if the CV joint wasnt located correctly and you tried to bolt it up anyway. Thats all I can think of since when its located correctly there no way to really misalign it.
