Very common problem on VT/VX Commodores. Its the ABS computer under the bonnet. You don't have to replace the whole ABS unit, just the computer thats bolted to the ABS module.

Replaced the ABS module about 1 month ago. Was easy to do but cost was about $400. big ones. (and that was cheap) Fixed the problem though so can't complain.

hey guys, is it bad to run the car with this module playing up like it is?
i need my car for work and have a 22 day straight block coming up.
should i jump onto the problem immediately or is it okay if i left it?

I'm not sure if it is bad or not, but to be honest, I drove my WH Statesman for just over a month with that module playing up like that and it never did any damage. I couldn't afford the module so I had to save up before I could get it.

Won't hurt anything. You just wont have aircon or ABS.
