VT needing work, approx price??

Hi guys,

I lost my license about 8 months ago and my VT s-pack has been sitting in the garage for a while. Little did I realise, I'd got 6 months rego last time and it ended up expiring in Janurary. I went to re-register and need a roadworthy as it's over three months since expiring. I've only done 2500kms in the car since I bought it (with a roadworthy). I rang the guy I bought it from last week and the guy he got to do the original roadworthy has gone out of business for doing dodgy roadies.

So... Had the inspection today, it needs some work and I need an approx price.

• Sway bar link pin bushes worn
• power steering pump leaking
• rear cross member mount bushes worn
• rear brake pads and rotors worn out

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what I should be paying?? Thanks!!!

• Sway bar link pin bushes worn $120 for Nolathane links and bushes
• power steering pump leaking $70 if it's the low pressure hose, $160 if it's the high pressure hose, $220 if it's the pump
• rear cross member mount bushes worn $188 for Nolathane L&R
• rear brake pads and rotors worn out $130 for DB1332 Bendix pads supplied and installed, $65 extra (for L&R) if you need a machine or $120 extra if you need new rotors

Can anyone give me a rough idea of what I should be paying?? Thanks!!!

You can get rear rotors from a place here in brisbane called online auto parts for $70 a pair. The phone number is (07) 32656228 and they may have all the other parts you need at a much cheaper rate then anywhere else
