I cant find the computer on a vt wagon

I have a vt wagon , 99 model , had water come in on a very stormy nite , the drivers foot well was about 20 mills deap , not sure where it came in yet , but since that day my engine has been running rough and i have about 4 or so dash lights that wont turn off , engine , traction , airbag , oil and sometimes the fuel , was wondering if water got into the computer and is stuffing it around , any thoughts would be much appriciated , thanks

The computer is on the passenger side behind the kick panel .
