VT Fog Lights

I know this may have been answered before but ive had a quick look and couldnt find anything... i was just wondering what type of bulbs the fog lights are? are they the same as the headlight or sumthing completely different?

does it matter what wattage or temp the bulbs are or just any

55 watt is the standard. Wiring won't handle much more than that

mine have had 100 watts in them for about 4 years , no dramas
