hey guys so i started my car today, and as i took off my car kinda shuddered and all the lights in the dash came on (fuel/oil etc) for about 2 seconds then it went away and the car drove fine again.
and as i was driving to work at night the same thing happened when i turned my lights on.
its kind of like my battery is turning off then on, because my head unit resets when it happens.
lately i have been installing a bit of audio gear, ive only installed front doors and rear speakers, no sub or amp yet. but is my battery to shit to run this?
or should i just give the battery terminals a good clean etc?
any help would be awesome, dont want this problem to keep happening.

how olds the battery?
Chev badges are an instant fail
i brought the car two months ago and according the guy i brought it off, less than 12 months old.

Have u installed a head unit also? I would say u've wired something wrong around that area. Can. Try to replicate the issue at home, say turning on the lights and the stereo resets again?
Check your earths and look for a loose fuse..
sounds like battery terminals to me

do you have a multimeter, check the battery with the engine running, it should be around 13-14V
also check the battery voltage while your starting the car and see how low it goes...if its dropping right down to 9v then you have a stuffed battery
